Backend Template Sophia: i cant change pictures like Logo or slideshow

Hello,

I bought the Template SOPHIA and i have a big Problem.
In the Backend under Extension/modules/Template i would change Logo and other Pictures (Slideshoe etc.) but when i klick the Select-Button nothing happens.
The Browser shows me down left, that the is a connection to the server und some Data will be recieved, but no Window opens, so i can chenge the Pictures.

I have used a lot of Templates from Joomla51, but this is the first time that i have this problem.

Please help!!!!

I need the Template, when i go to my Costumer on Friday!

Hi Mirko

Thank you. We appear to be able to select a logo image without any issue. Is the issue resolved if you use a different browser?

No, it was the same in Chrome.
But now it works.
Crazy. :o
