Hello,

After installing the Autson Slideshow I can't get to the settings since the XML data is missing (at least, that's the error I'm getting from Joomla). I'm using the Catalyst Template. You can't see the slideshow itself on the webpage but you can see Joomla is trying to load 'something'...

I'm running the latest version of Joomla, version 3.4.4. I've made sure to install the Joomla 3.x version of the Autson Module.

Could you help me getting it to work?

Best regards,
Robert

Hi Robert

We have recently replaced the 3rd party Autson module with our own J51 Slideshow module. A download for this module extension is available at the following dropbox URL... https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/110280303/mod_j51slideshow.zip

Hi Ciarán,

Thank you for your reply! I've replaced the Autson Slideshow with the J51 Slideshow mod. The slideshow is working, but not when I put in in the showcase module position... I've tried the footer instead as a test and then it works fine.

The showcase module is causing problems. I've tried to put an aditional HTML-text module within the showcase and I can see the slideshow navigation buttons also, but the width of the showcase module is just a few pixels.

You can see it for yourself here: kleinpeter.synology.me

Maybe you know what might be going on..? All help is appreciated!

Cheers,
Robert

Update: it's a resizing issue... I've tried it with some more text within the additional HTML-text module and I can see the slideshow better. It's positioned fine but when I unpublish the HTML-text module, the slideshow collapses and becomes very, very tiny.

Thank you Robert

This appears to have been a template related issue which we hope to have now resolved.
