My animations and styles have stopped working in my Calibra template (bottom of the page), although when I look at the demo server, I do see the animations for the grid gallery.

I recently updated the core files. I believe the convention changed for fadeInUp to animate fadeUp, but this didn't seem to have an effect. I also seem to have lost my style box effects. I'm essentially looking to restore my grid gallery to use the same animations and style boxes (border with rounded corners) as the demo server. Any advice you can give would be appreciated.
