Having an issue with this template where as when I have it as my default template all the Java based elements do not work and the fields seem to overlap for the text areas. This isn't an issue when another template is set. Any suggestions or ideas please.
If you need to visually see the issue, I will put the site back on-line. Just let me know since it is a site under development. Thank you

I think I see the problem. Both the template and your plugin are both using the #top ID causing a clash in CSS. To change the ID used by the template firstly open the templates index.php (../templates/j51_atlas/index.php) and change the following (line 102)..
change to...
Next open the templates template.css (../templates/j51_atlas/css/template.css) and change the following (line 34)..
and change to...
Hopefully that should solve the problem.

#top {border:0; paddi.......}
and change to...
#j51top {border:0; paddi.......}
Hopefully that should solve the problem.

Just mention the forum here and I'll be sure to pick it up. I'll also look at your side module issue.
