Ashley background colour/transparency

I am trying to create a custom page for people to RSVP to a party invitation, I've duplicated our standard template and choosen all of the colours to be #000000 as I want it to be black.

The page is https://www.oceanoptometry.ca/cocktails

I've still got some areas which are grey and I'm wondering if this is to do with transparency settings. I'm not sure where/how to change this, though, so would appreciate any help.

Hi Euan

Presuming I understand you correctly, you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

#container_main, #container_slideshow {

    background-color: transparent;

}
