Artisan responsiveness

I'm having problem with the responsiveness of Artisian template. It appears in mobile view even when viewed from laptop and screen width over 1900px. My aim is to display the mobile view only on mobile screens and small tablets.
It also seems to vary between the browsers. I looked at the code but I can't see where are the widths set up, so I could go in and change them manually. Please help.

Admittedly we are unable to replicate this issue. Regardless may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will set the mobile view to display only on touch devices rather than below a certain screen width. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
