I'm not sure its a problem in Arkadia of in J3.03, but I can't get a straight link
In custum html module http://www.asiancook.eu will show up as http://asiancook.eu/%22//%22////%22http:/www.asiancook.eu////%22//%22/%22 and then a 404 will occur
