I use Ariana template and the sub menu does not work correctly on mobile devices.

If I go to https://wrcc.org.uk then the About Us drop down menu just seems to go to the hoepage?

If I go to https://wrcc.org.uk/index.php then the About Us drop down menu works and shows the Data Privacy Notice menu item.

Why?

Thank you

Changing the parent menu item to a 'Separator' has resolved the issue.

Thank you for fixing this but why does choosing Parent Heading (which is what it should be) not work?

Hello

It appears the 'heading' menu item has been a recent addition to Joomla. I have just updated the Ariana template to support this menu item on mobile devices. For details on updating your template may I suggest the following article.. https://joomla51.com/tutorials/joomla-basics/updating-your-joomla-template

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
