Ariana - custom.css not loaded on mmobile devices

I'm using Ariana on one of my sites and I'm also using a custom.css file. That works fine on user agents on a despktop. On mobile devices, however, custom.css does not seem to get loaded, so I get different css formattings on tablets and phones. If I copy my custom.css into the custom.css field of the template, it gets loaded on mobile devices.
I think this is wrong. Any suggestions?
