I'm having an issue with the blog section of my site. I'm using the J4 version of the Ariana template. When I go to the site, the blog date is off and doesn't appear the way it does in the demo.

Let me know where I can send login details to get this fixed.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

This issue should be now resolved. I have just created a new update for the template and applied it to your site.

Hello

Thank you for your patience. This issue should be now resolved. It seems that the menu override was not getting installed with the update so I have added these overrides manually which should resolve all mentioned issues.

Hi Ciaran,

That update messed up some other things on the site, such as the menu items. If you can fix that, that would be great. If not, can you revert it back to the old version and send us the updated template? I will have our developer install it so it doesn't mess other things up.

Hello

Just to confirm, are you referring to the gaps between some of your parent menu items? Could you detail for me the issues you are having? The only area of the template was related to the alternative blog layout.

Hi Ciaran,

That is correct. those gaps weren't there before. So not sure what happened. Also, under the "Our Blog" menu item, the third menu item has disappeared (it is in white), but when you hover you do see the submenu items. Not sure if this is the menu type that was chosen or not.

Hello

I've checked your site a couple of times however it always seems to return a 404 page not found error and more recently a timed out error. Is this site still available or maybe you are having some hosting issues?

That's strange. It is still up on our end. Are you still getting that error? I just checked and had no problems. Can you send me your IP address? Maybe I need to whitelist it?

Thank you

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.hornav > ul > li > a,
.hornav > ul > li > span {
column-count: 1;
}

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay. I have added your ip address so you shouldn't get blocked. I tested this out and it seems to work. The only thing left is why the Blogspot menu item (see attached photo) is white instead of black, like the rest of the menu items.

I have done this, but now we have one more issue...the mobile menu. When you open it, everything is in one line and expanded. I also have an error with your "padding-inline" line of code. I have attached that as well.

If you can go in and look at that all, that would be great. Just let me know if you still can't log in. In the Ariana template files (accessed through the template styles and then clicking on "Ariana", we have a css file called "jwccustom.css." You will see the code in there if you want to make any changes to it.

Thanks for your help in getting this fixed. We have campaigns running sending traffic to the site, so I want to make sure that everything is working properly.
