hi. after trying to install the demo for ariana template it first locked me out of the site and then i could not get the 2 factor authentication to work as it did not even dispay as an option when i selected the user and tried to add it. I went to the plugins and trie to activate it and it was activated. i then tried to activate the yubikey plugin but it failed with an error saying ti coud not finf the yubkey.xml file but it was there when i looked in cpanel. eventually gave up and loaded just the latest joomla and then t was there so I thnk it was an issue with your demo maybe? i have used ariana demo last year with no issues so maybe it's just the joomla update or something....

Anyway since i cannot seem to use the demo I need to know how to replicate the effect on the demo on the home page as shown in the pictures attached thanks

Hello

I have just updated to the latest Joomla version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.

hi. i tried the demo as did my host and we both get this when i upload and unzip in my website public folder.

any ideas please?

whats your joomla and php version?
updating joomla would normally resolve the issue.

It is difficult to say as it seems the issue is unique to your server. Are you having any issues with a normal Joomla installation package?.. https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla4/4-4-0

hi. in the end just loaded a normal joomla intallation and then yout template and that works fine.

sadly just had the same issue with Nina demo template.

am using latest joomla. php 8.1 and mysql 8

any ideas please?

Have you tried enabling debug mode to try and get more information on the error?
