Alixis template - unable to install Alexis Demo

The package Alexis_DemoInstall does not install. I’ve installed Boss_DemoInstall and Boutique_DemoInstall to experiment and they worked OK, except Alexis. Can you help?

Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to install the Alexis template? Some information on the issue would be helpful.

There is no message. The installation process hangs up during the last parte when attempting to install the sample data.

I am having the same problem. In the install process it only seems to go to the database then stops and gives you the install page.
I have hit the install about 5 times. I have installed many joomla 51 templates also.

I just created the database about 20 minutes before trying to install - maybe the data base has not fully configured on the host site

I checked with my internet provider and they tested the hosting site and it was functioning as normal. Late last night the Alexis theme would not load.

Instead of using Alexis, I used Boutique. In the future though, I might want to use the Alexis theme. Curious of what went wrong.

We have updated and re built the Alexis template demo installer which appears to have resolved all issues. Thank you for bring this issue to our attention.
