After the Jommla update from 3 to 4 (5), the Jommla templates (V4) not longer work.

After the Jommla update from 3 to 4, the Jommla templates (V4) no longer work. I get the following error message.

O Failed opening required
'/kunden/xxxx_81371/imker/joomla3/components/com_content/helpers/route.php' (include_path='.:/us/share/pear:/usr/share/php')

I only have this problem with templates from Joomla51. How to solve the problem?
