Administration problem with the caitlin template

Good morning,
Since yesterday I have been trying to install the J51 Caitlin template.
During the installation everything goes well and as soon as I go to my administrator area it does not recognize my user name and password since three times I have installed the template on my server so I am sure of my access. When I go to my site I have the template installed.
It's just the administration part where I have a problem.
Attached is a screenshot.
Can you help me?

Good morning
Thank you for your reply.
I did differently instead of installing the Demo Installer file I installed it on my joomla4 server then I installed the xml file delivered with the Caitlin pack and everything works very well.
