Note that once you have the Google fonting loading you will need to apply these fonts to elements of your template using some Custom CSS. A example might look like the following...

h3 {

    font-family: 'Shadows Into Light', cursive;

}

Would you have a URL to an example of the text you wish to edit the font?

An alternative solution would be to add each font you wish to use as detailed in the following forum post.. http://www.joomla51.com/forum/8-commercial-templates/3263-adding-new-google-fonts

This would make each font available within the font dropdown of your templates parameters.
