i am using your Privilege template
i want to add external form to my website so can u pl tell me where can i upload my forms files so it work correctly

This wouldn't be a template related issue. There is a number of form extensions available for Joomla which should aid you in setting up your forms... http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contacts-and-feedback/forms
