Active menu on resonate template

Hello, I am using the template Resonate.
When I click in the main menu on a submenu, I would like the main-menu to get another colour. So you can see what the active menu is. Is this possbile? Can you help me?

Hi Peter

Try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters where #BBBBBB is your current menu item color..


#hornav ul li.current a {

    color: #BBBBBB;

}

Is it also possible to change the color of the mainmenu, when the mainmenu is a separator?

Hi Peter

Is not possible with text separators however each menu item can be styled uniquely using the item number. Would you have a URL to an example of your menu and the menu items you wish to change?

Thanks for all your support.

The url: http://www.gonzalesschilderwerken.nl/
And then the menu "Diensten" . I would like to change the color of the mainmenu (separator), when you have selected a submenu.

So when you go the site: http://www.gonzalesschilderwerken.nl, go the menu "Diensten", and click on "binnen-buitenschilderwerk", I would like to change the color of "Diensten"

Hi Peter

To change the color of the parent item of an active sub menu item try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters where #000000 is the new color for your parent menu item...


#hornav .active.deeper.parent a {

    color: #000000;

}
