Hello,

I have a problem with instalation Presence template on fresh joomla (2.5.8)

Homepage after enable template display:

500 - JHtml: :bootstrap not supported. File not found.

Hi Ernest

It's likely that you may have been trying to install the Joomla 3.0 version of the template to Joomla 2.5. Ensure that the install file for your template matches your Joomla version.

Joomla 2.5 & Joomla 3.0 Compatible


I installed this theme on Joomla 3.0, works correctly, but on this site will be very important component available only for Joomla 2.5. What can I do now? :)

There is two separate install files for Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0. You will find the Joomla 2.5 version of your template in the 'Joomla! 2.5 Install Files' folder of your purchase.

For which of our templates are you having this issue? All templates include a Joomla 2.5 install file. This install file is available in the corresponding folder to your Joomla version.
