500 error with nina joomla 4 - both in live site and Mamp ???

With the Nina 4 template, it gives 500 error during installation. My other joomla 4 sites with other Joomla 4 templates are fine. Problem is both in livesite and an Mamp??

Problem is same in Firefox and Safari.

Note that the Nina template demo installer is using Joomla 5, you will therefore be required to meet the Joomla 5 minimum requirements.. https://manual.joomla.org/docs/next/get-started/technical-requirements/

When I contacted my hosting provider, they said that all was in order. Thay have been behind the times in the past, so they still could be.
