Custom.css not loading on J4 Artsisan template

Hi, wherever I put my custom css file it seems not to be loading. I have put it in the template folder in the media folder but other locations are also not working.

Hi Ciaran, I have the same problem with the Riley Template. I have the custom.css now in three places, made an update in the database (inherit), but I do not see my custom.css loading.
