Cannot install Hayley

Downloaded the template on March 6th this year. Uloaded the demo installer files, and when I visit the homepage, to connect and install the template I get this error message.

it translates to:

An error occurred while processing the request.

0 Call to a member function load() on null

Hello

I have just updated to the latest Joomla version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.

ciaran Haley is installed but I get a new error message. Also the Admin password does not work.

The screenshot shows, what happens, when I click on install for the final time

I can simply open the backend page but then it says "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet." but the PW and username are correct.

I checked the database, there has been no user created

Also, simply adding a user to the database does not work either
