Which template of yours can I use to recreate the startpage of this website, and how exactly? It's about the four tiles, each of which is clickable with a button, and also the logo that hovers above it in the middle.

This effect can be achieved with a single image with the HTML directive MAP. Here you find more information: https://developer.mozilla.org/de/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/map.
To produce an image map for a given image, there are generators on the web. Google for "image map generator".
