Updating polaris template

Hello, We have a website using Polaris which we did years ago - still working fine - http://triciaharragin.co.uk/. We are doing some website updates so I wondered about updating the template at the same time and whether that is required and if I do will it be ok for Joomla 4.0 or should I be looking at a newer template? Lots of questions. Please can you give me some guidance - many thanks.

Hi Chris

There have been no recent updates to our Polaris template so I don't believe you require an update while you are using Joomla 3. In Joomla 4 there is a Bootstrap version bump so an update to the template would be required. Once Joomla 4 goes into beta we intend to start creating Joomla 4 versions of each template including our Polaris template.
