Trouble with content image position - Chelsea Template

Hi,

I have trouble with the content image. In the Template Demo it shows under the headline. On my website based on the demo data it shows above the headline - even when I take the demo sample blog articles.
I'm getting mad. Have tried every setting and don't find the fault.
