I have followed your setting up page but kept getting encounters of this screen grab I search your forum and they suggested to remove a empty txt file

it then installs but just the basic Joomla install


Also I have trying building it from scratch but carousal module won't load and won't extract

Could you try replacing your server IP with just localhost.

Plus the module "mod_j51carousel.zip" supplied by yourselves is corrupted I can't up load it and I can't decompress it

Is it possible for you to install a standard copy of Joomla (https://downloads.joomla.org/)
