To amend you can add the following to the Responsive Custom CSS fields within the General -> Responsive Options tab of your template settings. (edit to taste)

.page-header h1 {

    font-size: 1.8rem;

}

.newstitle.j51news-title {

  font-size: 1rem;

}

For the J51 News module, it might also be a good idea to reduce the number of columns on smaller screens.
