Template Update - how to install?

Hello,

we have been using the "J51 - Enlighten" template for Joomla for many years and are still very satisfied. Now we are about to upgrade to Joomla 4. Please forgive me the beginner questions, but I do not work very often with Joomla.

The template purchased at that time is only available for Joomla 3.x. On your platform you now also offer the update for Joomla 4.
Does this template upgrade have to be purchased again or is it included in the purchase price at that time?
If the template for Joomla 4 has been downloaded - how do I install it?
