You go to Extension Manger > Install Languages (in left column) If page is blank, click "Find Languages" button up top. It will give you a list of languages available. Check the boxes of the one(s) you want and click Install.

Are you having this issue at the final step of your Joomla installation or after your installation is complete? You can ignore the languages option during the installation as you can install Joomla languages packs after your installation is complete.

but the problem is, that when I click install languages - the system says:
There are no available languages to install at the moment. Please click on the "Find languages" button to check for updates on the Joomla Languages server. You will need an internet connection for this to work.
and there's no reaction from "find languages"

The 'Demo Installer' included with our templates is a copy of the Joomla package with all the template demo content included as the sample data. Once installed your Joomla installation will be exactly as it is on the template demo. Ensure to select 'Default English (GB) Sample Data' under 'Install Sample Data' on the 3rd step of your Joomla installation to import the demo content for your template.
