Hi,
can somebody explain me (step by step) how to Change the Background Color of the social media Icons or where I can find the Images in order to Change the Images in photoshop?
I'm using J51 Letterpress and I've changed the header color to White. This effects that the Icons are invisible as Long as the mouse isn't moving over.
Thanks in advance!

To do so you will need to create a new module position for your content in the header area of your template. To do so may I suggest the following tutorial... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/creating-a-new-module-position-in-the-header-area-of-your-template

The custom css code for the mobile menu helped me a lot, thank you.
I didnt mean the search field Position, already converted it. I would like to place some Content/Picture at the Position where the social media Icons were located before. I Need a Position on the right side of the Header, above the main menu.
thank you for your help!

To edit the color of your mobile menu items try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...
Ciarán
.js .selectnav {
color: #000000 !important;
}

Workes and fits perfect, thank you very much!
Can you tell me the name of the module position, where the social media Icons were located, too? I would like to use the free space now.
And a last question I couldn't find an answer for in the tutorials : is there any way to Change the font size of the logo?
I know I could use a logo Image instead of the script, but for SEO it would be nicer if I could use the script with a smaller size.
Many thanks for the good Support!

I tried how it would look in Photoshop, best way would be to just Change the positions between the social media plugins (to the menu bar) and the search Position, is it possible?

yes but it's not finished, i dont want to Show it before i finished the site. is there a way to send you a PN in this Forum?
works fine, but isn't there a possibility to Change the Background Color of the Icons to a Grey? i'm using Google+ und Facebook only, and if it's both just black letters, it doesnt look really well because the G and the f are in different heighs
to fix both of my Problems i could also Imagine to Change the Position of the social media Icons with the search module Position, is this possible or not easy for a newbie?
here is what i'm talkin about in a Picture:
the dtv Image is in the search module Position but overlays the Showcase although it could fit perfectly into the menu bar... Problem seems that it's set to the vertical Center of the bar

And one more question:
I converted the search field into a module Position as shown in http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/converting-the-search-field-to-a-module-position and it worked fine for me but if I put in a 48px high Image, it doesnt align to the middle of the main menu and layers above my slideshows
is there a way to align the modul position search to the vertical Center of the main menu bar?
