SITE OFFLINE NOT DISPLAYING IMAGE

In Layla Version for Joomla 4, the site offline image fails to appear even after its been assigned in the configuration file.

It's functioning properly on my localhost version but not on the actual server.

I'm wondering if you might make a suggestion as to where I go next.
