Hello,
I've got a problem with a site build in Riley (still Joomla3). If you visit the website on your mobile, you can swipe to the left and you see the right side. But there is nothing on the right side (only green). Text is neatly centered. Do you have an idea what could be causing this?

I believe this issue is caused by the following rule in your custom.css..

footer {

    background-color: #394049;

    box-sizing: border-box;

    background-repeat: no-repeat;

    background-size: cover !important;

    padding: 19px 535px;

    margin-left: -500px;

    margin-right: -500px;

}

In particular the -500px. What are you trying to achieve with this? Maybe we can offer you an alternative solution.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer.
It is indeed caused by the code in the custom css. But the footer has to be a different color than the base. I can change that by adding
footer {
background-color: #394049;}
But then this does not come across the entire width.
Is there a code for that?

Hello

To amend try removing the margin-left and right and adding the following instead...

#container_base .wrapper960 {

    width: 100%;

}

#container_base .wrapper960 .block_holder {

    max-width: 1260px;

    margin-inline: auto;

}
