Resonate Template - SEO Spam? Malware?

HI,

I have the Resonate Template installed on two Joomla 2.5.24 Sites ... both are flagged withe "SEO Spam" by sucuri.net (screenshot). And sitevisitors also told me, that they get a "malware or Virusinfected Warning" when trying to reach the site.
Can you help me with this topic? Is there a script or module that causes these problems?
