RapidGallery Unpublished - who knows how it works?

RapidGallery has been installed with Joomla back in 2013 on my website. The site designer will not be available for maintenance work for a while and I am trying to handle the situation by myself. Here is my specific question: When I upload pictures to the Gallery via FileZilla client (which works fine), I need to insert comments under each picture. How is this done? I found a cryptic remark - index.rapid - in my notes, but I can't find that anywhere...

Sorry to say RapidGallery is not a Joomla51 extension so I would not be familiar with how it functions. May I suggest contacting the extension developer who would be in a better position to answer your query.
