I'm not sure what to call this.. maybe Slogan Display Holder located in upper right side of Privilege. I'm not sure what happened to mine but it no longer sits under the search bar.. it actually overlaps and exposes over the top search bar.

Well it looks like I found the issue using Firebug. I have no idea where this came from, but once I removed it .. everything returned to normal
