possible to use a own modified oxygen template

Dear all,

could you please assist me in one question.
In a joomla trainingI have worked with the oxygen template from you.
In my opinion it is the required template for me.
But I would prefer the following header please find attached.
I have modified it myself and am not sure to breach the copyright.

Could you please check the attached file and let me know it is possible to use?

You are free to edit the template as you wish.

You can use your customized header.jpg by replacing the original in your templates images folder. You will find the image you need to replace at ../templates/j51_oxygen/images/style1/header.jpg
