Polaris - Icons missing after upgrade to Joomla 3

I have just upgraded from 2.5.28 to 3.3.6. Everything seems to have worked OK, except that none of the J51-specific icons are showing up - an example being this page where the "print", "email", "back" and "forward" icons are missing.

Can you advise please?
