Greetings,
My client has a JOomla 3.1 site using PianoForte. They have mobility warnings from Google Webmaster Tools.

Pretty much every page on the site is listed. What do you recommend?

Considering you appear to have made some changes to the template is may be worth checking out the other suggested post before updating as this may resolve the issue on it's own.
