No mobile menu. J51 Nina-site. J4. What should I do?

I can't get the mobile menu to work on my new site.
Right now the site is under development so it is only available on localhost in my PC. Using XAMPP Control Panel v3.3.0 and Jomla 4.2.5.
Tried with both Firefox and Google Chrome.
I have compared with 3 other sites with J51 Nina template that are online.
There it works as it should and I can't find any differences in the settings. But I might have missed something.

What to do?

The problem is solved!

I didn't realize that the mobile menu icon was white, just like the background of the page.
So the fault was mine!
