Edit:
It is of course annoying if you buy a template for J4 and then realise during the Quickstart installation that it is already running on version J5. Is it not possible to indicate this in the template description? The extensions I bought are intended for J4. There is only a beta version for J5. Dear Ciaran: Can you please write the correct Joomla version in the templates when you sell them? Then this can no longer happen.

Hi all,
I use the NINA template. I have purchased "Media-Tools" from DJ-Extensions. Unfortunately there is an error message:
"An error has occurred. 0 Class "JFactory" not found"
Is this a compatibility problem?

How can I fix the error? Or do I have to contact DJ-Extensions?

I hope someone can help? Thank you very much :)

Hi Tina

The template is compatible for both Joomla 4 and Joomla 5.

Just to confirm that this is a template related issue, could you try enabling one of the default Joomla templates (Cassiopeia) and see if the issue still exists.

Hi TIna

As the issue is present with the Cassiopeia template, I suspect that this issue lies with your media tools extensions and Joomla 5. Have you tried contacting the developer of this extension regarding the issue?

Hi Ciaran,

I have now activated Cassiopeia-Template as the default template. The error message remains.

Again a fresh J4 (4.4.2) installation:
NINA installed (template only) and activated as default = Media-Tools works.
Then updated Joomla to 4.4.5. Media-Tools works with NINA .
Then Joomla updated to 5.1.1: Media-Tools works with NINA.

Unfortunately Media-Tools does not work with the NINA-Quickstart-Template J5.
Does this information help?
