New Template Layout Query

I'm not sure if its an appropriate question for possible layout structure for a new template design taken from another template provider. The original template can be found on joomlart.com and is called FIXEL.

I find that Joomla51 has far better templates available even though I do have the option of searching elsewhere. Joomla51 has super fast support and templates are always easy to use and customize.

We are always happy to see suggested designs for future Joomla51 template releases however we wouldn't normally create a template specific to any one design. We may consider using similar elements of a design however we usually have a number of templates in the pipeline so it would be a few months before you see the results of any suggestions within a template.
