How and where do I change the width of the Mobile Menu so that the small arrow for the submenu is visible without having to drag the page/menu to the left.

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.logo {

    display: none;

}

a.menu-toggle {

  margin-left: auto;

}
