From my client:

Logo at top looks good but shows on the left when viewed on a Mac (smaller device) and shows centred when viewed on a larger PC screen. The centre view is much better. Can you arrange it so it shows in the centre on all devices.

Is this possible?

Hi Paul

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.slideout-toggle {
position: absolute;
right: 50px;
top: 40px;
}
