Hi Ciaran,

after migrating a Joomla 3 website to Joomla 4 and reinstalling the J51 Juliet template, the parent items in the mobile menu no longer work, even though I changed the /js/jquery.slicknav.js file according to following instruction:

https://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/template-customization/mobile-menu-linking-parent-items

I saw in the forum that many other users are already having this problem with various templates and would like to ask you for help on how to solve it.

Thank you very much and kind regards ...

Volker

Hi Volker

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hi Ciaran,

I sent the access data along with the reference link via email on November 20th, 2023, but have not received any feedback since then. Didn't my email arrive?

Kind regards ...

Hello Ciaran,

Thank you very much for the quick implementation.

I have other websites with this template. Can you publish here in the forum (also for other users) how I can solve the problem myself or is there now an update to the template for downloading?

Best regards ...

Hi Volker

If you have minified files enabled, ensure to copy the contents of your jquery.slicknav.js in to your jquery.slicknav.min.js (same folder) after editing.
