How do I get the image on the left to also link to the article as the title above the image on the left does?

in your editor, right click on image, choose link and add the url to your article

I guess I need to be more specific, the "articles newsflash module". I have title linked on but how can do I turn on images to link to article?

Hello

By default, I dont believe this behaviour exists with Joomlas articles newsflash module. An option may be to create a module override and edit it to include a link with the image if present.
