Layla template, page freezes

On my site there is an image gallery (Comdev component).
When you click on the image, nog popup, but the page freezes.

https://kwidoo.nl/eigen-gebruik/tiny-house-in-het-bos-1-1-1

Chrome gives this error;

Refused to apply style from 'https://kwidoo.nl/media/templates/media/vendor/joomla-custom-elements/css/joomla-alert.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

How can I fix this?

Hello

Just to confirm that this is a template related issue, could you try enabling one of the default Joomla templates and see if the issue still exists.
