I work in localhost joomla 3.9.16
i installed only the template and plugins.
How do I know why it changes color wen overlap header is active.
If overlap is disabled top background remains as set by me.
there is a solution for this issue.

For the 'Home' text ensure you have the 'Page Heading' disabled in the settings for this menu item.
