Hello Ciaran,

On my clients site I'm using the Kaylee template.
On mobile view the hamburger menu is not always clickable.
I've searched the forum for this issue and found this thread so I've updated the template to the latest version.
After trying a few times where it was working fine, suddenly the problem was there again.
I can click the mobile menu but nothing happens.
How can I resolve this?
Thanks!

Greetings,
Ton

Hi Ton

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hi Armin

A common cause of this is a JS conflict with another extension. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
