Juliet Template not very responsive

Three issues
1) the mobile menu is difficult to use (on iPad). When it opens it pushes the content area off the page and it is unclear how to close it.
2) On an iPad & smart phone the component area has no padding left & right. The content goes straight to the edge.
3) On smart phone the menu does not show at all. The only css I changed around the logo was the space above and below the logo. I did not change the space left & right.

The style sheet width is 1140 which is what I use on most of your templates with good results. I hate to change templates. Are there any adjustments I can make? Thanks.

1. What would be your preferred behavior with the mobile menu?

2. Would you have a URL directly to an example of this issue? The component area appears to be disabled on the homepage. Padding seems to be fine on other pages (eg. http://bunsworth.com/history-museum-fort-lauderdale/index.php/about).

3.To amend you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.slideout-toggle {

    margin-left: 65px;

}

Thanks for your patience and always thanks for your response.
1) A great mobile menu is the one you use. Is there a way I can get that menu. To begin with - it says menu & the font size is bigger then the mobile menu on Juliet.
2) Yes the component is disabled on the home page. And there is no padding because I disabled it in that module area- because I did not like the space above & below the mods.

Is there a css to control the padding just above & below in mods?

3) In the meantime I will apply code for #3.

Hello

1. Sure. Navigate to your template settings and select the General -> Responsive Options panel. From here select the Slicknav mobile menu option.

2. To amend you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

@media only screen and (max-width: 1140px) {

	#top1_modules {

	    padding: 0 35px !important;

	    box-sizing: border-box;

	}

}
