On the Juliet template, the Header-1 module is not showing in mobile view.

In the template options under Responsive Options, all modules are set to Show.

I have 2 templates being used, 1 for homepage and 1 for all other pages and they both are set correctly. (all modules are set to Show)

Header-2 Module shows in mobile view but not Header-1.

Interestingly enough, I thought I would test these settings and see if they were working so I turned off both Header-1 and Header-2. This should've made Header-2 go away in mobile view but it didn't. This leads me to believe that these button settings are not working correctly.

I tried the same thing with Showcase Modules and when I changed it to Hide, it worked properly and removed it from the mobile view.

What do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks for your help!

Hello

In the Advanced -> Menu Class Suffix field of your header-1 module settings could you check if hidden-phone class is present. If so, try removing it.
