Journal 1st dropdown menu item disappears on hover

Whenever the cursor hovers over any dropdown menu, moving to the first dropdown item causes the whole dropdown group to disappear.

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#container_hornav {

    z-index: 999;

}
